Thomas W. Lynch – Owner and founder of The Law Office of Thomas W. Lynch. Mr. Lynch’s extensive background includes working as an IRS agent and as an Assistant Illinois Attorney General. Mr. Lynch graduated from John Marshal Law School in June 1986 and worked with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office until he opened his own firm in 1992. Mr. Lynch’s practice concentrates on real estate, tax issues and bankruptcy.
Robert W. Maucker, of counsel – Mr. Maucker serves in the capacity “Of Counsel” to the firm concentrating his practice in state and federal litigation cases for the firm. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1997 after working for over 30 years in the Construction and Architectural Woodworking industries. Mr. Maucker represents both plaintiffs and defendants in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Federal Civil Rights cases.
Martin Doorhy – With an impressive background in education, Mr. Doorhy has excelled in every position he has held since he graduated from St. Rita High School on a four-year academic scholarship. Mr. Doorhy worked as a prosecutor for the U. S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s office, serving as Chief of Military Justice at two different bases. Scott A. Schimanski – Mr. Schimanski joined the law firm in 2006 and has represented clients in commercial and employment litigation matters in both Federal and State Courts. Mr. Schimanski graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1997 after working for the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Officer. Palos Hills was not incorporated until 1958 when the North Palos Community Council voted to incorporate the city to stop street annexations by Hickory Hills. In 1960, the population of Palos Hills was only 3,766 and the area was mainly divided into large city lots with very few municipal services. However, by the first part of 1990, the city had experienced a building boom, which led to planned subdivisions, and increased numbers of residents. By the year 2000, the population of Palos Hills had grown to between seventeen and eighteen thousand. Palos Hills may be a small town (only 4.17 square miles); however, it is a thriving community and our law firm is proud to serve the residents of this great city.
