Bankruptcy Trustee Accused of Aggressive Tactics
A bankruptcy trustee in New York State has allegedly engaged in aggressive questioning of a debtor’s English-speaking skills. According to the complainant’s lawyer, William Ward Saxton, bankruptcy trustee John S.
