A new report released by the nonpartisan Commonwealth Fund shows that the premiums for health insurance policies in Illinois were rising at a rate of 10% or more each year for the three years prior to Obamacare. The premiums for 2015 will not be released for several months; however, it will be more difficult to judge increases in health insurance premiums for 2015, as the market is much different now from before Obamacare.
