Denial Rates Down for Minority Borrowers

Mortgage approvals are getting slightly easier for minority borrowers according to the latest research released this week by Zillow. While mortgage approvals for Hispanic and black mortgage applicants are still not on pace with white and Asian borrowers, the denial rates have decreased for both minority groups across the nation. The declining trend of house flipping is making a comeback in many markets nationwide according to Realty Trac’s third quarter 2015 U.S. Home Flipping Report.
