The Chapter 11 Bankruptcy trustee for Dvorkin Holdings, LLC has filed suit against several of Daniel Dvorkin’s relatives in an attempt to recover funds that could be used to pay creditors in the bankruptcy case. Dvorkin is facing criminal charges after being accused of hiring a hit man to kill a business associate. Dvorkin Holdings LLC, his former holding company, is the subject of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
