Eva Longoria may need to secure her $35 million fortune or at the very least, she should not co-sign with her current boyfriend. Based on bankruptcy court documents from 2012, Longoria’s new boyfriend, Ernesto Arugello, may be a credit risk. He filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief last year with over $4 million of debt. However, according to the papers he filed with the bankruptcy court, he only had $1,555 in assets including the $5 in cash he had at the time of filing.
